Shipping and Delivery

Delivery area

The online store currently ships only to addresses in Germany. Other countries will be added only after the relevant tax, packaging, customs and consumer-law requirements have been implemented. Individual B2B enquiries may be assessed separately.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend in particular on the rug's size, weight and packed dimensions. The exact charge is displayed clearly at checkout before you place an order with an obligation to pay. No undisclosed shipping charge will be added.

Delivery time

Available stock items are normally delivered within Germany in approximately 7 to 14 days after the contract is concluded or, where advance payment applies, after payment is received. A different period stated on the product page or in an individual offer takes precedence.

For custom-made goods, the production and delivery time stated in the individual offer or product description applies. We will inform you without undue delay of a material delay.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address entered during checkout. Please verify the address and ensure that large shipments can be received. If there is visible transport damage, please document it with the carrier where possible and contact info@studio-nour.com. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory rights.
